Develop an open and dynamic grassroots organization to carry out Democratic Party activities.
Recruit, train, support, and elect qualified Democratic candidates for public office.
Raise the funds necessary to complete these objectives.

The vision of the New Hanover County Democratic Party is to bring about positive change in our county, state, and nation by expanding opportunity for every American and by shaping a strong and vibrant community.

Democrats from across the county and state are united by shared values that define who we are and what we stand for. That means fighting to ensure all North Carolinians have a fair shot at a good life, regardless of their background, where they came from, their economic status , or who they love.
ADOPTED RESOLUTIONS
Resolutions are statements produced by Democratic Committees to elevate, amplify, or express Democratic policies and principles. In most cases, resolutions are passed and approved at general meetings or conventions, by those voting members of the Democratic Committee. Resolutions can address any number of topics and issues on which a Democratic Committee may take a stance.
