A Message From The Chairman

The 2008 ELECTION, by any measure, was one of the most important elections in decades.

Thanks to the hard work of Democrats statewide and in New Hanover County, we turned our state Blue.

In 2009 we swept the Wilmington City Council race, with the re-election of Mayor Bill Saffo, the re- election of Councilman Earl Sheridan, and the election of two more Democrats, Charlie Rivenbark and Kevin O’Grady.

Yet, our work is not over. We have much to do in 2010 in our continued efforts to bring about CHANGE.

We must continue to work together to Change the World and break down the barriers that divide.
